Deposits are refundable only when a puppy of the above (desired) sex, color and description is not available from
stated litter.  No deposit will be refunded if Buyer changes his/her mind for any reason.   Puppies come with 1st shots,
de-wormed, dew claws removed, micro-chipped, vet checked and six weeks of free puppy health insurance.

We will contact you as soon as the litter is born. To ensure that all of our puppies stay clean of disease we have a
sterile visitors area. We are taking steps to ensure that your puppy has the healthiest start at life.

Your spot in the litter is placed in the order the deposit are received.  If the puppy you reserve is not born (you reserve
the number three female, but only two females are born) then you have three options:

1)select an available puppy
2)apply your deposit to another litter
3)receive a full refund

Please note that all deposit checks are cashed.  Deposits are non-refundable except as stated above.  If we produce
the puppy you wanted, we expect you to follow through with the purchase.  Your deposit will be gladly refunded if your
puppy is not produced.

Puppy Selection Policy

Selection order is the same as the order the deposits are received.  If you are coming to make your selection, you
must arrive on the date and time agreed.  If you are unable to arrive at your arranged time, we will make the selection
for you.  This is necessary in order to be fair to those making travel plans in advance.  Puppies being shipped will be
selected in the appropriate order based on the purchasers preferences.  Puppies being picked up can leave at eight
weeks of age.

Puppy is guaranteed to be purebred, and that the pedigree is correct to the best of our knowledge. Copies of both
parents pedigree can be made available to you. Registration papers for your puppy will be sent to

you.

All dogs are sold on good faith. No dog is sold for any specific use of guarantee of performance, such as brood bitch,
stud dog, or field trial competitor. This puppy is not guaranteed for unheeding testicles in males.

At this the general health of out puppies is excellent. If your puppy is found to be dysplastic, or suffering from an
inherited eye defect, the breeder will replace it with a puppy of equal breeding.

We will select the replacement puppy from one of our future breeding of equal value.

This guarantee is good for 26 months of age on hips and 12 months of age on eyes.

OR:

Because we hope that this puppy will become an important member of your family, it is not necessary to return it or
destroy it to collect on this agreement. Should you have a problem with the hips or eyes, but want to keep the puppy,
we will upon proof of dysplasia or eye defect refund

One half of the original purchase price. (Not shipping) The male/Female must be neutered/spayed and proof of the
same provided to us.

The OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) shall be the sole judge regarding hip dysplasia and the CERF (Canine
Eye Registration Foundation) shall be sole judge regarding eye defects.

Overfeeding leading to accelerated growth of puppy can cause hip problems. Hip problems related to accelerated
growth and overfeeding are not covered with this guarantee.

It is understood that the above warranties are expressly regarding congenital, hereditary defects and any injury to the
puppy voids this guarantee. If the puppy is bred before OFA/CERF Certification, guarantee is void. (Puppies’ being
sold with breeding rights) The guarantee is also void if the puppy is sold or transferred to a new owner. These
warranties are dependent upon demonstration that the puppy has received adequate care and nutrition. Abuse,
neglect, excessive training/working during the puppies first eight months, trauma (i.e.: jumping up in the air for
Frisbees, jumping out of vehicles) in any way that affects the development or well being of the puppy will void these
warranties.
