Guarantee of Health
Puppies come with 1st shots, de-wormed, dew claws removed,
micro-chipped,  and six weeks of free puppy health insurance.
We will contact you as soon as the litter is born. We are taking steps
to ensure that your puppy has the healthiest start at life.

Puppies are guaranteed to be purebred, and that the pedigree is
correct to the best of our knowledge. Copies of both parents
pedigree can be made available to you. Registration papers for your
puppy will be sent to you.

All dogs are sold on good faith. No dog is sold for any specific use of
guarantee of performance, such as brood bitch, stud dog, or field
trial competitor. This puppy is not guaranteed for unheeding
testicles in males.
If your puppy
develops hip dysplasia, or  genetic cataracts, we the
breeder will replace it with a puppy of equal breeding. We will select
the replacement puppy from one of our future breeding of equal
value. This guarantee is good for 26 months of age on hips and 12
months of age on eyes.
OR:
Because we hope that this puppy will become an important member
of your family, it is not necessary to return it or destroy it to collect
on this agreement. Should you have a problem with the hips or
eyes, but want to keep the puppy, we will upon proof of dysplasia or
eye defect refund One half of the original purchase price. (Not
shipping) The male/female must be neutered/spayed and proof of
the same provided to us. The OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for
Animals) or University of Guelph shall be the only judges regarding
hip dysplasia and the CERF (Canine Eye Registration Foundation)
shall be sole judge regarding eye defects.
Overfeeding leading to accelerated growth of puppy can cause hip
problems. Hip problems related to accelerated growth and
overfeeding are not covered with this guarantee. It is understood
that the above warranties are expressly regarding congenital,
hereditary defects and any injury to the puppy voids this guarantee.
If the puppy is bred before
24 months of age & OFA/CERF
Certification
, this guarantee is void. The guarantee is also void if the
puppy is sold or transferred to a new owner. These warranties are
dependent upon demonstration that the puppy has received
adequate care and nutrition. Abuse, neglect, excessive
training/working during the puppies first eight months, trauma (i.e.:
jumping up in the air for Frisbees, jumping out of vehicles) in any
way that affects the development or well being of the puppy will void
these warranties.
